This page contains the Privacy Policies governing our real estate technology products, including PropFlo, a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform designed for real estate builders and developers, and DealFlo, a CRM platform designed specifically for real estate Channel Partners to manage leads, submit deals to builders, track lead progress, and access project-related resources.

Each product may collect and process information differently based on its features and intended use. The applicable Privacy Policy below explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected for that specific product, while also outlining users' rights and choices regarding their personal information.

By accessing or using any of our products or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of the applicable Privacy Policy, you should discontinue use of the respective product or service.

PropFlo

At propflo.ai we are committed to protecting your privacy. This PropFlo Privacy Policy referred to as “PropFlo” or “PF” in this document, applies to all our websites henceforth refers to “websites” and our Subscription Services (the Subscription Services). This Privacy Policy supports the practices implied for usage, data collection, data processing and data privacy. It also describes clients’ rights to have control over access of Personal and Business Information. By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy the client consent to the data practices of PF. It is also suggested that Client should not use the PF application if they do not agree to our Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection

1.1 You may explore the PF Websites on mobile phones, desktops, laptops and other devices without providing any Personal and Business Information about yourself. When you visit the Websites, or register for any of the Subscription Services, we request that you provide Personal and Business Information about yourself and your organization.

1.2 Our online Subscription Services allows you to create profile, store and analyse data, and manage electronic communications.

When you sign up for any of our Subscription Services, we collect standard customer information such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, address, logos, and photo.

Users of our Subscription Services can store any type of information in the services, but PropFlo does not have access or share the data, and does not know what type of data you or other users are storing. The data is only used by the account owner and users invited by the account owner as they intend to use it.

1.3 This refers to information about your computer and your visits to this website such as your IP address, geographical location, browser type, referral source, duration of visit and pages viewed. Please refer clause 3 of the “Navigational Information” below.

1.4 Any information that is submitted by you voluntarily identifies you personally including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal and Business Information can also include information about any transactions, both paid and unpaid, that you enter on the PF Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google, or public platforms from where the information is accessed from service providers.

In case your personal information is determined to be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate, you may access and update your information by logging into your PropFlo product or service account. You may request for a verification If the requested changes have not been completed and updated at compliance@bentolabs.io.

1.5 Our Websites and Subscription Services are strictly for the Users above the age of 18 Years. The Websites and Subscription Services are not intended for or targeted at children under 18. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 18 unknowingly or unintentionally please contact us at compliance@bentolabs.io, we will take necessary actions which may include deleting the information

1.6 The information related to your payment process like credit card numbers and billing information will be collected and processed when you subscribe to any of our application from or on our Websites, using third party PCI-compliant service providers.

2. Use of Information Collected

2.1 We use Navigational Information to operate and improve the Websites and the Subscription Services.

2.2 In addition to the uses identified elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, we may use your Personal and Business Information to (a) send you the new features we had from time to time. (b) send you marketing communications relating to our businesses (c) provide other companies with statistical information about our users — but this information will not be used to identify any individual user.

We may contact you on behalf of external business partners like digital signing authorities or likewise about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, we do not transfer your unique Personal and Business Information to the third party.

It is our Utmost Priority to safeguard the interest of our esteemed customers. Any Personal and Business Information that you have shared with us will not be used to sell or misuse.

2.4 In addition, we may share data with trusted partners to contact you based on your request to receive such communications, help us perform statistical analysis, or provide customer support. Such third parties are prohibited from using your Personal and Business Information except for these purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. 2.5 We post customer testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal and Business Information. If you would like your testimonial or comments removed from our Websites, please contact at compliance@bentolabs.io.

2.6 We do not retain any credit card information provided by you. A third party credit card service provider is responsible to process existing and scheduled transactions permitted to store, retain, or use information you provide.

2.7 We may also employ other companies and people to provide services to visitors to our Websites, our customers, and users of the Subscription Services and may need to share your information with them to provide information, products or services to you. Examples may include analysing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, supplementing the information you provide us in order to provide you with better service, sending email communications, and providing customer service. In all cases where we share your information with such agents, we explicitly require the agent to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and customer data handling policies.

We secure the Personal and Business Information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When sensitive Personal and Business Information (such as a credit card number and/or geo-location data) is collected on our Websites and/or transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol.

2.9 PF websites, products, and services may include the option of integration through third party social networking sites and related social media plug-ins or applications. When you integrate or link our websites, products, and services with your social media applications (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), you authorize PropFlo to have access to certain information from your social media profile (e.g., name, e-mail address, photo, gender, birthday, location, your list of friends, comments, etc.) to deliver the content or as part of the operation of the integrated application. We may also obtain non-personally identifiable information (e.g., content viewed, advertising viewed, etc.) from your interaction with our integrated content.

Should you choose to integrate PropFlo websites, product, and services with social media applications, you consent to the use of this information in accordance with our privacy policy. When you provide personal information to us through an integrated application, it may be publicly viewed by other members of these sites and PropFlo cannot prevent further use of the information by independent third parties. For more information about how social networking sites handle your personal information and available privacy settings, please refer to their privacy policies and terms of use.

2.10 This Privacy Policy does not apply to Social Media Features, such as the Facebook “Like” button and Widgets, the “Tweet” button, or interactive mini-programs that run on our websites. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our sites, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Your interactions with the social Media features and widgets are governed by third parties hence these features are governed by the privacy policy and other policies of the companies providing them.

2.11 This Privacy Policy does not apply to the Links of other websites provided on our website. We have no authority and control over such websites. We are not held responsible for, the content or practices of these other websites. Our provision of such links does not constitute our endorsement of these other websites, their content, their owners, or their practices. This Privacy Policy does not apply to these other websites, which are subject to any privacy and other policies they may have.

2.12 Message boards, blogs, and community forums are publicly accessible. Any information disclosed by you through our Message boards, blogs and community forums can be collected and used by others. Proper action will be taken on the bases of your request to correct or delete such information. Please refer to clause 4 below.

2.13 Personal and Business Information provided by you, can be retained till the time we have to stay connected with you for the purpose of providing Subscription Services or our other services, or as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. Please refer to Clause 4 for “Unsubscribing and Opting out”.

2.14 To facilitate our global operations, we may transfer and access Personal and Business Information from around the world, including the United States. This Privacy Policy shall apply even if we transfer Personal and Business Information to other countries.

2.15 If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by PropFlo on the Websites and the Subscription Services. In this event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your Personal and Business Information, and choices you may have regarding your Personal and Business Information.

2.16 If required we reserve the right to use or disclose your Personal and Business Information to legal authorities or to comply with law, court order or legal process. We also reserve the right to use or disclosure of your Personal and Business information if it is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others and investigate fraud.

3. Data capture and retention for third party integrations

PropFlo and its suite of applications, to enable the users for enhanced productivity allows the users to integrate various third party owned and managed applications and tools including, but not limited to single sign-on, calendar, email, web conferencing applications, collaboration tools, etc.

PropFlo’ applications in order to make these integrations function seamlessly, fetch basic information from the third party applications that include name, email address and phone number. Such information is neither stored nor retained by PropFlo’ applications. However for the period that the integrations are desired by the registered user the access token received from the third party provider is stored securely in our servers and are purged as soon as the user disconnects such integrations.

GOOGLE ADS INTEGRATION:
PropFlo allows customers to securely connect their Google Ads accounts using Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization process. With customer authorization, PropFlo accesses Google Ads account data and uploads conversion events using the Google Ads API and Data Manager API to enable conversion tracking, campaign measurement, reporting, and optimization.

Customers may revoke PropFlo's access at any time through their Google Account or by disconnecting the integration within PropFlo.

PropFlo's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

DATA TRANSFER:
Upon termination, all the data generated through the system (Customer details, billing information, all login credentials, reports etc) can be downloaded by client through reports via Excel or CSV files and PropFlo shall ensure that all copies of the Customer data shall be deleted from their database and servers as per the cleanup cycle of PropFlo.

4. Navigational Information

4.1 PropFlo and third parties who are the partners with PF use cookies or similar technologies to operate correctly and /or to authenticate you, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, analyse trends and to gather geographical information about the user base.

“Cookies” helps to have a personalized online experience. A cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website and stored on the users’ computer by the users’ web browser while the user is browsing. Cookies are designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember stateful information or to record the user’s browsing activity. For example, once you register for the Subscription Service, a cookie helps us to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. When you return to the same Website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the customized features.

You can choose to switch off the cookies on the browser but this may also affect the functionality of the application and the user experience. PropFlo keeps track of the Websites and pages you visit within the PropFlo network of sites and services, in order to determine what portion of the Website or Subscription Service is the most popular or most used. This data is used to deliver customized content and promotions within the PropFlo Websites and Subscription Services to customers whose behaviour indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

4.2 You can log in to our Subscription Services using a Single Sign-on (SSO). This service will authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain Personal and Business Information with us such as your name and email address to pre-populate our sign up form. Such services may give you the option to post information about your activities on this Website to your profile page to share with others within your network.

4.3 We may collect demographic information preferences, interests and favourites that are not associated with your name or other Personal and Business Information. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, and operating system. This information is used by PropFlo for the operation of our Websites and Subscription Services, to maintain quality of the Subscription Services, and to provide general statistics regarding use of our Websites.

4.4 We partner with third party advertising networks to either display advertising on our Websites or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our ad network partners use cookies and Web beacons to collect non-Personal and Business Information about your activities on this and other Websites to provide you targeted advertising based upon your interests. If you wish to not have this information used for the purpose of serving you targeted ads, you may opt-out by clicking here: https://optout.aboutads.info/ (or if located in the European Union, by clicking here: http://www.youronlinechoices.eu/). Please note this does not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.

4.5 The use of cookies by any third party tracking Service Company is not covered by our Privacy Policy.

5. Unsubscribing and Opting out

5.1 Upon request from you PropFlo will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your Personal and Business Information. If you provide us with your Personal and Business Information, you have the following rights with respect to that information:

  • Right to have access to the user information that you have Provided to us
  • Right to opt out from any contact using your user information.
  • Right to update your information, correct any errors and missing information
  • Right to opt out of being solicited by PropFlo.ai or third parties

5.2 You may unsubscribe from our marketing communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of our e-mails, or by sending us email at compliance@bentolabs.io. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails, such as billing notifications, related to their account with us or the Subscription Services.

6. Changes and Questions

We periodically update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be effective from the time of publication of the new Privacy Policy. We will notify you about significant changes by placing a prominent notice on our Websites and in our Subscription Services.

Your use of the Websites or Subscription Services after changes to this Privacy Policy have been implemented implicitly expresses your acknowledgment and acceptance of the new Privacy Policy. If the new Privacy Policy does not suit you, you must no longer use the Websites or Subscription Services.

Internet Access

Required to connect securely with DealFlo services.

Camera

Used only when users choose to capture or upload images.

Storage / Photos and Media

Used for uploading or downloading project documents, brochures, images, or other business files.

Notifications

Used to deliver important updates, lead status changes, reminders, and service notifications.

Location (Optional)

Used only where location-based features are enabled and only after obtaining your permission.

To request deletion, email compliance@bentolabs.io from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", or use the account deletion option within the app where available.

Upon verification of your request, we will delete your account and associated personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Lead and business records created within an organization's workspace may be retained by that organization in accordance with its own legal and business obligations.

13. International Data Transfers

Where required for providing our services, your information may be processed or stored in locations outside your state or country.

We take appropriate safeguards to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws.

14. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, technology, or our services.

The revised version will be published within the application or on our official website, together with the updated Effective Date.
